Enhancing a smartphone property photo: review the before and after
Use lighting enhancement and upscaling selectively, then inspect detail and colour against the original.

Original photo

Edited example
Start with a usable photograph
Clean the lens, hold the phone steady and avoid clipping the brightest windows. Keep the original file. An enhancement cannot reliably recreate information that was never captured.
Choose one correction
PropertyAI offers lighting enhancement and upscaling. Start with the correction your photo needs rather than stacking every effect. The demonstration below uses existing product assets; it does not identify the camera used and is not proof of a customer's result.
Inspect the output
Compare both versions at the same scale, then zoom in. Check window frames, wood grain, lettering and straight lines. Look for invented textures, excessive sharpening or a colour cast. Check highlights as well as dark corners.
Decide whether to keep it
Keep a result only if it helps the image while representing the property accurately. Otherwise retry or use the original. Processing varies from seconds to several minutes. A larger file or pixel count does not automatically mean a more accurate photograph.
