1. Purpose and Acceptance

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the PropertyAI platform, available at propertyai.app.

PropertyAI is a SaaS photo enhancement service powered by artificial intelligence, designed for real estate professionals, businesses, and individuals.

Using the service implies full acceptance of these Terms.

2. Service Description

PropertyAI offers the following features:

4K Upscaling – Image resolution enhancement
HDR Enhancement – Lighting and color optimization
Sky Enhancement – Improvement of gray or cloudy skies
Object Removal – Removal of unwanted elements
Multi-angle Generation – Creating new perspectives (Pro)
AI Sales Pitch – Automatic sales copy generation (Pro)

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in euros (€) including VAT. Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renewed unless cancelled.

Cancellation: You can cancel at any time from your client area. Access remains active until the end of the paid period.

Payments are securely processed by Stripe. We do not store any credit card data.

4. Intellectual Property

Your images belong to you. You retain full rights to photos you upload and to enhanced images.

PropertyAI claims no rights to your content and does not use your images to train its AI models.

The PropertyAI brand, logo, and interface are the exclusive property of PropertyAI.

5. User Responsibilities

By using PropertyAI, you agree to:

Be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian authorization
Not upload illegal, offensive content or content infringing third-party rights
Not attempt to bypass technical service limitations
Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials

6. Limitation of Liability

PropertyAI commits to providing quality service but cannot guarantee specific results for every processed image. Results depend on source image quality.

PropertyAI shall not be held responsible for indirect damages, data loss, or lost profits related to service use.

In case of service interruption, PropertyAI commits to restoring access as soon as possible and extending subscriptions if the interruption exceeds 24 hours.

7. Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by French law.

In case of dispute, parties agree to seek an amicable solution before any legal action. Failing this, Paris courts shall have jurisdiction.

In accordance with European regulations, you may also use the European Union's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
