By accessing or using PropertyAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
PropertyAI provides AI-powered photo enhancement services for real estate professionals. The Service includes image upscaling, HDR enhancement, sky replacement, and bulk processing capabilities.
3. User Responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must not upload content that infringes on third-party rights
- You must not use the Service for illegal purposes
4. Subscription and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to images you upload. Enhanced images are yours to use for any purpose. PropertyAI does not claim ownership of your content and does not use your images for training purposes.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. PropertyAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
